Britains growing obesity problem!

What do you put the problem down to, how can it be altered?

time constraints, laziness, working couples, I think all these things affect people, we want things now so we pull up at maccies and stuff it in our faces, you llook at shopping habits lots of trollies are full of TV dinners rather than cooking properly, the need for both members of a couple to earn can mean convienience food is easier.

It only takes a little thought and planning to eat and exercise properly but most folks cannot be bothered, sadly.
